I had an abortion in July and I bleed a lot after, but I haven't had a period since. I started experiencing pain and pressure two weeks later and it has continued every since. My doctor says it all might be due to stress and the fact that I over consume alcoholic beverages on a daily basis, but I'm worried that it might be infection in my fallopian tubes and might cause sterility due to abortion complications. I had a ultrasound and have been checked up and everything was fine, could this be my intestines?
