Had salpingectomy 4 weeks ago and now a positive wee test

I had my right tube removed just 4 weeks ago, stopped bleeding 5 days later and have had unprotected sex since. Started feeling really odd on Monday 12/03, tested = negative. Felt even more odd today so tested again and I have had a positive test. Am I actually pregnant really? Has anyone gone on to have a healthy baby so soon after? Please respond if so as things have been mad recently and this could be just what i need!
