Had sex for the first time and I'm having stomach pains. What does this mean?

I care about my girlfriend and I want to help her. We had sex for the first time tonight and she was complaining of a stomach ache right after. She bled and she had to pee alot. We used protection with spermicide. Could she be pregnant after first time with protection? Help with the abdominal pain. I think it's just nerves. I was having some too.
