| Hi, I had surgery on my left foot on April 17, 2007. I was really afraid of having the pins pulled out, but that was nothing..no pain. I think mentally I thought it would hurt, but trust me it didn't hurt to get the pins pulled out. I do have a question though, it's almost two months, and below my second toe where the incision is, it started to secrete pus, is this normal? My foot and toe area hurt, tingling and burning pain. After almost two months ago I really thought this would get better. I am more upset about this now and still have recovery pain or is this something else. I did have the joints removed and then fused back. I also had a screw put into my bottom of my toe area. This is the area that's has the pus coming out of it. Has anyone else experienced this? |
