My left testicle is much smaller than my right and the tubes to it seem mushy compared to the right one. I've had this for years as well as, fom time to time, a problem with hard semen when I ejaculate. This can be painfull but I have lived with it since I was 23 and I am now 41.

Hey, I’ve had many concerns about such mushy testicles myself before, I had always thought that something was wrong down there and I had cancer. I was really dreading to go see my doctor as I had so many questions to ask. First of all, my testicles seemed to be a bit swollen from time to time and therefore one was a bit bigger than another one, I was confused why this was happening only when the testicles swell and when I finally decided to go see the doc, he said I had orchitis, the inflammation of testical tissue which surrounds sperm ducts and gave me some medications. The swelling went away in a week and everything was okay afterwards. I also had some problems with masturbation as when my testicles were swollen, it seemed to be hard for me to ejaculate, and when this eventually happens, the sperm seems to be so heavy. This is something I was ashamed to ask the doc, if you ever happen to find the answer to this, I would appreciate it if you came back here to tell me. Thanks in advance!
