I get these pimples, which I think are normal pimples and I pop them, but After they pop they turn into little black circles with a small lump around them. they kinda hurt when I touch them, so I dug at one and popped it just like you would to a pimple. A little black ball which was hard and about the size of a quarter of a grain of rice came out along with a little pus and blood. The wound did not bleed and turned into a scar after. I have since been afflicted with about 5 more of these, when previously all I got were the normal pimple issues. I currently have one on my face. Someone help.

How should I treat it, if I leave it alone the black circle simple sits there until I pop it and the black "rice grain" comes out, but then it scars! They hurt too, someone please, please, please help.

It could be that because you pick at them, they may sometimes bleed. This will cause a scab, like a little black dot. Its not unusual. Just leave it alone, or else you will have scars everywhere.

i hope this is a joke...but if not its a blackhead. its a type of pimple. stop picking them and popping them. it just spreads infection and often pushes the dirt and oil deeper into your skin. i am not a doctor so go to a dermatologist to be sure, or buy a facewash from the local drugstore.

this just happened to a friend im staying with, he had what appeared to be an ingrown hair on his back, kinda looked like a pimple, so he got me to pop it, and pus came out, but there was black too, so I kept squeezing and a small black chunk came out with a spot of blood, which was weird, and then today it was back so I was squeezing again and 2 more black bits came out ??

his brother and dad say that its a chunk of dirt, they claim its dirt from under the skin compacted into a ball and forced out of the body...thats disgusting

anyways, just was googling it to see if it was anything to worry about and came across this board
