Hard and very sore lump in my right nipple

I am a guy and 15 years old, im sort of worried about this, i go boxing twice a week could strain on the muscles cause this?
This lump has also been around for a while ( about 2-3 months )
and feels as if it is getting bigger can somebody help?

Talk to a doctor about it. It isn't unheard of for a man to get breast cancer. But then again it could be a tumor or infection. The best thing to do is get a professional opinion.

this sounds wierd but the lump no longer hurts and seems to have shrunk?
