Hard moveable protrusion on a testis

I have a hard movable protrusion (a thin extension not limp-like or round) on my right testis, i have had this for sometime (potentially for some years) and dont experience pain from it, however i occasionally experience some general pain/discomfort from both testicles (could be the way that i sit etc. however).

Any help would be appreciated!

i have the same thing..i havent had it for years..mine only a few months. and im worried A LOT about it. if you find anything about it, tell me please

Both of you should go the the drs!! It could be a cyst , absess or cancer which is unlikely but a possibilty.Would you rather be embarrased or dead?!! Drs see penis every day and worse than what you have so just go and get it checked. My husband was worried he would get aroused if he was examined but said it is wierd as this just does not happen(you are more likely to get it shrinking with nervousness. )
You can ask for a male or old lady dr. Go for peace of mind.
