Hey im new here and just want to get an idea of what is wrong! Im in my teens and the other day my testicals went quite hard, they have stayed fairly hard for about 3 days now but haven't enlarged much or anything! Im not sure what is wrong, is it just to do with me growing or what not?

Please can someone help me! I don't feel like going to the doctor especially if he says i have cancer or something! Please help me Sad Sad
