My dad is 46 and has been a smoker as long as i can remember. he has never had any problems with his lungs or anything until he moved into a new house. once he moved in he had pain in his lungs a hard time breathing and he coughed up blood earlier today. the reason i mention his new house is because when we vaccuum the floors here the hepa air filter in our vaccuum gets plugged with a very fine white powder. i know his symptoms are some of those you would have if you had lung cancer, but the symptoms started when we moved into this house. could that powder be in the air and effecting his lungs?
