Hard white/yellow spot on scrotum

Hi,
About 3 months ago a hard, white/yellow spot appeared on my scrotum, about 3mm in diameter. It dissapeared within a week without popping or bleeding etc, however a new spot has appeared within the last few days. It has no head, kinda looks like a blister. I popped it and white pus came out. It does not hurt or itch. Could someone please tell me what this is?
