Hard work or continious mastrabation discomfort in Testes.

Hi
I am 22 yrs old. When ever I work hard(lift or carry) or continiously mastrabate(daily once), I get discomfort on my right testes, pain in lower abdoman, lazy feeling and getting tired.
When I went to the doctor he did the Ultra Sound test on my testes and said no problem and not to worry.
But what makes me worried is when I don't constantly mastrabate I feel ok, i am really thinking life after marriage. Because of this I could not express my love to the girl whom I love for 2yrs.
Please advice me.

i think it is a over masturbation problem daily one is not good the limit is 2-3 times a weak.

try do it so u can feel good

i am 21 male is masturbation affects after marriage life i mean some problem like some people have no kids at all like that.
