Hi, I had a deja vu, when my mother came to visit me last weekend, I thought that I have experienced the same situations before. Has anyone ever experienced this?

HI, I have so called deja vus from time to time, but I don’t know how to explain them. I am not sure if this is true, but I heard a theory that it arises from a slight difference in time between both sides of the brain. Due to a millisecond laps, the other side of the brain recognizes it, because it is already stored in the memory. And you get the feeling you have done it before. It is probably some kind of neurological delusion, but you have to learn not to be scared of strange feeling. Next time you experience the same thing, you will know already what’s it about.
