Has anyone had success with ephedra?

Hi! I was wondering if any of you guys had success with ephedra diet pills. I heard they are very effective and I wanted to know how long I need to take them to see a difference in my weight.

I am not sure if there are any more ephedra products on the markets. I reckon ephedra has been banned from sales because it has been associated with cardiovascular problems. I have been using ephedra product a few years ago for practice and it seemed that I took too much or something because I started experiences arrhythmias and even dizziness. My couch wanted to kill me when he heard I was taking them but the thing is that everything seemed to be so easy while taking these pills. I don’t recommend them, I am just sharing my experience!

yep... i was on depo provera (birth control) for 8 years and couldnt lose weight i lost 15 lbs in about 2 months with ephedra. it was great. i went off depo a few years later and lost abotu 20lbs in about 6 months
