I always thought about menopause as a normal, naturally induced period in womans life. But I have never supposed that it would be that difficult to survive. I did some asking among my friends and the result were the same: they have troubles with this, too? Some of them suggested joining to some support group. Has anyone already joined any support group? Can that help with menopausal problems?

Hi! I am a member of one support group. This group is made in order to help women like us. In our meetings we try to support each other and exchange experiences. That means exchanging ideas and proven cures (not always medication). This union of ours helps us to understand that we are not alone in this and that the same things are happening to women world wide. Off course, we have experts as guests who give us advices about therapy if needed.
