Has anyone taken the anti-inflammatory Mobic - generic Meloxicam?

I am having troubles with my dysmenorrhoea (painful period) for most of my life. I tried different kinds of medications, mostly non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Some helped me and some dont. Now I am on Mobic, generic Meloxicam. Has anyone taken the anti-inflammatory Mobic - generic Meloxicam? Can you tell me about your experience?

I have been taking Mobic for tears. I am completely satisfied with it. I had painful period, too, but not any more. My doctor explained to me how to deal with it. You need to start taking Mobic few days before you are expecting your next period. During that time those substances which are provoking the pain would not be able to be produced. So, when you finally get your period there wont be the cause of your pain. Your periods will become painful.
