Has anyone used Trental (Pentoxifylline) for circulation problems?

I have problem with circulation. I am always cold. Especially on the hands and feet. I wore socks even at summer. I cant sleep if I dont have it. I am 44 years old and I think that I am still young for those problems. I must do something with my condition. I want to take Trental. Has anyone used Trental (Pentoxifylline) for circulation problems?

I know how it looks like. My wife is always complaining that she is cold. She is always covered with blanket when she sits down. Trental is good for circulation problems because it is used for decreasing the thickness of blood. It can help for better circulation in small blood vessels of the hands and feet.
