Has anyone with complex partial epilepsy had good results with Gabapentin?

Hi there. I had a head injury, which I got in a car accident. As a result of the head trauma, I have strong epilepsy attacks. Epileptic attacks are simptomized with hand twitching that last for a while and then top. So, I am taking Gabapentin and I need to know. Has anyone with complex partial epilepsy had good results with Gabapentin?

I am also taking Gabapentin for awhile and the results are positive. I do not have seizures since I have started taking it, so I am very satisfied with its effect. As far as I understood the doctor, Gabapentin is used for dealing with partial attacks combined with some other anti epileptic drugs. This is a medication that does not cause that much trouble to the person that takes it.
