My husband and I have been trying to concieve for our secod child for 4 months. My last period was over a week late, so i did a home pregnancy test, which came back positive, although very faint. I did 3 more home pregnancy tests the following 3 monrings, all of which were faint positives. I went to the doctors who took a urine sample and the following day was advised the result was positive, although weak. Being early days, this was read as a positive pregnancy. 3 days later, i started bleeing, almost as though i was having a period. I have not been suffereing from any cramping or pain, but am now in the 2nd day of bleeding. I went to the doctors who advised this is a possible threatened misscarriage but cannot be booked in for a scan until tomorrow to confirm. I am very worried and stressed at the moment. To put my mind at rest, I went and bought another home pregnancy test, which this morning has come back negative. I am absolutely devestated. Is there any glimmer of hope that I may still be pregnant and that the blood I am losing has affected the result or is this definatley the sign of an early misscarriage. ?? Sad
