I am a 15 year old girl and im so nervous about having sex for the first time!
I have had a long term boyfriend now for around a year and he keeps asking for sex but i keep saying no as i am too scared. He has fingered me alot and a few days ago it really hurt me but i didnt bleed at all. Does this mean he broke my hymen? I would rather break my hymen myself so that i dont bleed every where but i dont really know how else to do it apart from having sex. Any one got any suggestions?!
Please help !!!

Well since you felt pain, he might've already broken it. And to be honest I don't suggest breaking it yourself... I know girls who broke it horse back riding and doing the splits but honestly if you guys are serious and if he loves you he won't mind a bit of blood.

A way to brake your hymen is to masturbate, but i wouldnt advice you to brake it on purpose!

well first off i am concerned that he is hassling you for sex. you shouldn't have sex with him just because he is putting pressure on you. do you think you are ready for sex? there can be serious emotional issues caused by rushing into sex too early or for the wrong reasons.

if you are contemplating sex you should be clear with each other about contraception unless you want to get pregnant. never have sex unprepared and unprotected as so many teenagers do. it only takes one sperm out of millions and having unprotected sex once to get pregnant.

also for the record, not all girls experience pain or bleed when they lose their virginity.
