I'm a 16 year old and i'm not overweight. I used to be, but i started weightlifting and playing soccer 2 years ago. My legs are toned and full of muscle, so are my arms. My shoulders and my back are likewise in good shape. However, I have small love handles, and what seems like a small layer of fat in my abdominal region. I also have strong pectorals, however a thin layer of fat covers them, making it look more like "man boobs" (I can feel the muscle under the fat quite easily especially if flexed). I've never tried dieting, and I think that may be my problem. Any tips to get rid of my final 3-5 lbs of fat?
