Have you ever followed any yoga gurus?

Hi! I’m interesting in yoga for a long time but until now I didn’t have enough time for it. I’ve just started to exercise yoga few days ago. I think that yoga is something very useful and interesting. I would like to know Have you ever followed any yoga gurus? Any advice?

Well, if you learn to go beyond that state which is called sleepless sleep, you don’t need any guru. Meditation is meditation. You can do it anywhere. You don’t have to go away from home, to go to a monastery or somewhere else. Just sit down at your home and learn to be with yourself.
