| I have heard a lot about so called diet desserts and to be honest, I did not find them very helpful. I mean, they do have less calories, but not that much, and I usually end up still craving for sugar, which drives me crazy. The summer is near, and I have to get rid of this extra weight (only several kilos, but nevertheless, its bothering me). Have you tried Sainsburys Toffee Dessert? Is it any good? |

| I tried it once and I might say that it tastes really nice, excellent mixture of toffee and chocolate. Still, I could feel that there were artificial sugar in it and that is what makes its taste a bit worse than it could actually be. Then again, I guess we are a bit far from natural dietetic desserts. For now, we have what we have and must get used to it. Personally, I like real sugar, I'll train harder and better and spend all that extra calories. |
