Hi, my son is 23 years old and he had several seizures. Doctor thinks that it might be epilepsy and I am very worried for him. Further examination is necessary and neurologist recommended EEG for determining his condition. Is having EEG for seizures a right method for continuing my son’s healing process.

Well, I am not sure if the healing process can actually start without determining what is really wrong with him. This means that he will have to undergo EEG during which he might be subdued to photo sensitivity test which might trigger an epilepsy episode. If that happens, then we can say with certainty that your son does have epilepsy. Let’s hope that it won’t be like that.
