Hi, I'm a 16 year old girl. Last night I started experiencing a burning/itching sensation around my clitoris and urethra. Urination isn't really that painful but I have problems starting the stream. My clitoris doesn't actually hurt, just the area around my clitoris. However, when I sit or squat the burning/itching sensation increases. I had unprotected sex (stupid i know) with my boyfriend for the first time a few days ago but we have had sex with a condom before and nothing like this has ever happened before. Also, he also preformed oral sex on me for the first time a few days ago, as well, a couple of days before we had unprotected sex. As far as I know he doesn't have any STDs but he did engage in unprotected sex with a questionable girl about 5 months ago but hasn't had any symptoms or anything. He gets checked every 6 months but this happened about 2 months after the last time he got checked and he hasn't got checked again since then. HELP!!!!

Oh, and I forgot to add this earlier, but I'm not having any discomfort at all on the inside of my vagina. Only on the outside near my clit.

It sounds a lot like Vaginosis, but may also be a Urinary Tract Infection...from my reading on Vaginosis sometimes a secondary infection like a UTI can happen...

The best thing to do is to go to your doctor for tests to rule out other possibilities...

Try googling Vaginosis and see if your symptoms match up...
Wink

*Good Luck*
