Having panic attacks from birthcontrol withrdrawel for real, not from nervousness

I went off the pill and got the iud about 2 months now. Lately I feel like my heart is stressed and my chest is heavy. I go into fits of feeling like I can't breath in enough oxygen and I have to concentrate on breathing with my mouth only. I get a weird feeling in my head and hands almost a numb feeling and the chills. It's a very uncomfortable feeling, like you just don't feel right and you get nervouse that somthing is really wrong with you, like I may die or something. I don't know what to do to get comfortable when this happens. I went to the doctor he told me I may be having anxiety attacks. I said but that is rediculous I am not stressed over anything. It was not until I did the research on my own to figure out it was from going off the pill. But my question to anyone is, has this happened to you and gone away? Did you need meds to make it go away. Of coarse I will be calling my gynecologist tomorrow, today I saw my internest and I even mentioned going off the pill, I can't beleive he was not aware of this issue. Oh yeah, my ekg was fine and my breathing test was fine. I even thought maybe I was getting asthma or something.

Well, I have the same problem, only I'm NOT getting off the pill Very Happy

I guess there's some other reason... my doctors too can't find anything wrong with me... Sad
