I am 52 years old and believe I am starting menapause. I have missed my period now for 2 or 3 months. I have moderate hot flashes but nothing too serious. My problem is constipation. Can this be a sign of menopause that my body is changing. Its not all the time but occassionally I experience a problem with this.
