Having swollen lymph nodes and headaches for a while now?

Hello! I have very strange problem and I hope that you will know what caused it. Namely, lately I am feeling really weak, have headaches every day, I have fever too and swollen lymph nodes on my neck. Have you ever had this problem or do you know someone whom had it? Thank you in advance!
