Hello,
I bought this book and it cost me over 100 $. Definitely too much. And this is not the only problem I see in this. The book offers no more than information how to eat right. No moral support, no exercise. There is this conversion table called an EMI (Eat More) and dieter should be focused on amount of 2500 calories daily. You are supposed to follow this plan. I mean …the eating is good … I improved my eating habits when I read this book. And I lost weight. But, 100 bucks just for a book, too much!!!
