i have been suffering with most of these symptoms for over 2 years now. i am only 20 and it all started soon after i finished my school exams. first the pressure in my forehead came along and then 3 or four months later i started feeling extremely tired, no matter how much sleep i got i still woke up tired and had to sleep in the day. it was terrible as i was trying to hold down a job while feling so bad. i also felt very sick when waking up in the morning but that has stopped now. i have been to see all kinds of people, including an ENT, neurologist, accupuncturist, physician, etc. but none have been able to work out what is causing the symtoms. recently the ENT prescribed me amitryptiline which is an anti depresant but on a small dosage which is meant to relax muscles and has actually worked in partially reducing the pressure in forehead, but there is definitely still some sort of blockage as my ears still feel blocked and the pressure still coems back. i also find it gets worse when i drink alcohol as does the fatigue. i was also diagnosed after a blood test as allergic to house dust mites and so have been taking loratadine and a nose spray along with the amitryptiline. But even so my tiredness still persists even though it might be slightly better than when it first started occuring it is very depressing and as others have said i just want to feel normal again. i am carrying on with amitryptiline and hoping the gradual improvements continue clearing all the pressure and hopefully improving my tiredness. i hope this helps others out there suffering with similar symptoms.

dont ignore the symptoms.... seriously try something different... you're body is trying to send you a message about something... try reevaluating what is going on in your life; lifestyle balance; work; school ; whatever but make a change or your body will and you wont be happy with the result...

You may have allergies - I use an over the counter allegry pill and it seems to help with all the symptoms - Claritin (non drowsy)

Try it - Hope your all feeling better!

Just like most of you, I've been googling my symptoms and got here. I've been having the same symptoms as some of you: migrating pressure, tiredness, weir feeling in eyes, ears. I also feel like I can feel my heart-beat in different parts of my body at different times. (I haven't had burning nose or eyes).

I'm from the Czech Republic and I guess the diagnostics for similar symptoms is a bit different here. First, I had blood tests for lyme disease which came out negative. Now, I'm going to EEG and CT and if they're OK, too, my neurologist thinks it's going to be a spine problem.

It's taking so long, I have 3 more weeks before I see my neurologist and have all the results of the scans and so on. I've had the problems for more than 2 months now and I can't live like this any longer, i think. I took Neurol, which is an anti-depressant and it helped to relieve the symptoms but after 5 days, they're back and I don't want to double my dosage cause the drug is addictive and makes me even more tired..... I slept 13 hours today and feel tired anyway....

I wonder why people are not coming back to the site to tell others about their progress. I promise, I'll be back in November when I will know more about my condition. So far, I only know it's not Lyme disease.

I have been having a tickling sensation in my forehead in the shape of a circle, which sometimes feels like it's pressing downward onto my face. I also feel tingling behind my eyes & nose. And pressure & strange sensations in my head--sometimes tingling, sometimes burning. Even though I am extremely tired, I can never sleep. I had an MRI, and it was normal. I don't feel like I have any sinus thing going on that's any different than my sinuses have been for years (and don't see how that could cause these symptoms).

Wondering What's Going On

Oh my god I can't believe it I've found a forum that is talking about what I am experiencing and I can't stop laughing. My god dear lord Jesus in heaven thank you for google haha I been going through the same problems for almost a year now and it’s driving me insane!!!

I think it may be do to the fact that I am about 40 pounds over my normal weight I'm 6 foot 4 and I'm 30 years of age and I weigh about 270+ I think I should weigh around 230-240 but most if not all of these problems are happening to me. I know I need to lose weight!

I also hate that damn needles feeling on my arms head and legs the first time this happened I though I was having a heart attack but later found out I was having a massive PANIC attack they suck so much by the way.

I am also feeling major head and eye pressure. Have been feeling this way about 2 months now. Have been to the Dr and the dentist. My cheeks, eyes, and ears are full of pressure. My nose burns, and even though it feels like a sinus infection, nothing is coming out!! All I want to do is sleep. Did 2 antibiotics and feel worse today than I have in the 2 months I've been dealing with this.

What do we do next? Get a CT scan of our sinuses?
