Headache while masterbating?

Hi im 15 and masturbate regularly, and everytime i do, i always end up with a really painful headache, even when im like 10 seconds in to masterbating i always get a painful headache, am i doing it wrong or is it not meant to happen?

It may be stress.
If you're not relaxed, you can give yourself a headache.

This is especially true if you have high blood pressure, because masturbation will raise blood pressure, especially as orgasm approaches.

If this is a continuing problem, speak to your doctor about it. It could be a warning sign of high blood pressure that you will need to be aware of.
