Heart Pain constant for two days and won't stop

Hi everyone. I'm a 17-year old male that has had a constant heart/chest pain for two days already. The pain seems to circulate-meaning sometimes its at my aorta, and sometimes at the lower part of my heart. I have had this pain before but that was about 4-5 months ago and it stopped after a couple of days. I went to the doctors and they hooked me up to a ECG machine and stated that I was fine. My blood pressure was taken and it was 134/90 but that was only because I was previously diagnosed with the white coat syndrom-get more stressed around doctors and nurses. My blood pressure was measured for over 24 hours with a pump and it was confirmed that I actually have low blood pressure. Previously because of my blood pressure, the doctors did an ultrasound on my heart and stated that one of my valves in my heart was only 90% working but they stated I had that ever since I was born. I'm not sure however if that is the reason for my pain because the ECG and the doctors listening to my heart said that everything was fine. My weight is 70 kg, whereas my previous weight was 75 kg. I'm still trying to loose weight but I seem to can't because I believe that is my normal weight. I'm a well-built man with a husky chest. I also have diabetes and I don't know what is wrong with me. I'm not sure if this pain is because of stress or if maybe there is something wrong with my heart or left muscle. I'm not feeling any symptoms of a heart attack, meaning no symptoms of dizzyness or anything else. Could somebody please help me since I'm very afraid of what is going on. Also, since about two days ago since this happened, I have had a sore throat so I'm not sure if that ties in with anything. I told they doctors about that but they said that it was only a flu and it shouldn't be the problem. Sometimes the pain also goes and comes back. It seems also to get stronger when I get more stressed so please, if you have any comments, please tell me what you think because I'm very afraid.

Hi, i jus turned 18 and im having the exact same thing as u as we speak, i went to the E.R i was their for hours did a bunch of tests, and they said i was fine to, now 2 days later its back and its been here for 5 days, im terrified as well, i have kawasaki disease when i was younger so im wondering if they are connected

im having this too
on the left side only
under my left breast, and under my left armpit....im an EXTREMELY light smoker (i mean like 4-5 a week when im hanging around) i dont drink at all, my diet could be better, but isnt abysmal, and i weigh in at 175 (for 5'9 guy)

its ben happening for 2 days and it starting to scare me, with that said, i do have scoliosis, and kyphosis but i dont think those are related...

someone please respond...
