Ive been getting these heart skip feeling alot more than usual latley. Ive always had them ever so often but now it has started happening more often and really affecting me when I try to go do bed. It makes me uncomfortable and sometimes gives me a feeling like i need to swallow or catch my breath. Im only 16 years old so im pretty certain that it hopefully isint a heart condition .Any ideas on what it may be or what i can do to fix this??
