Heart attacks risk factors

Hello, I would like some advice regarding heart issues. My father had three heart attacks, died shortly after the third one, couple of years ago and I would like to learn about the heart attack risk factors. I guess I am not that eager to have the same problems my father did.

Well, I guess that you should lead a healthy life. Meaning that you should take care about what you eat. You can eat what you like, but you must not exaggerate and also exercises are necessary to improve the metabolism and to prevent the accumulation of cholesterol in the blood. And the most important thing is to be moderate in everything!
