Heart beat different speeds depending on inhaling/exhaling

Noticed this several times recently, have strange light feeling in chest occasionally. When I breath in my heart beats lighter and faster.. when I breath out it beats heavier and slower. Every time, all the time. Do I need to see a doctor?

Your hear is using the oxygen that your lungs just provided to your blood, by pumping faster.
