Heart beats fasts, dizziness when I stand up

Sometimes when I stand up after bending over my heart suddenly beats very fast (racing) even when I am totally not doing any form of prior exercise. Usually I would feel dizzy at the same time with shortness of breath.

I went for an ECG but it never showed any symptoms... I am worried as I am now in the army.

Is it any form of heart problems or what?

i m 21 years old female my problem is that my heart beat suddenly become so faster or slower and i feel my chest will blast and heart came outside of my chest and i feel dizzy and i even cant stand in that condition i feel oxygen level is very low in me and some times i faint in that condition and i cant be bale to control my body parts 1st time this was happens to me when i was 7 or 8 years old child and after that one or twice in a year . but fron last 2 years whenever i woke up from bed or going upstairs or run or playing car race games i feel heart beat faster and dizzyness and now a days my condition become worst 2 to 3 times in a day what is the reason behind my illness and wht should i do

This happened about 5 years ago, when I was about 10 years old, but it has happened a few times back then. I would feel a little dizzy and I would get goosebumps. My heart would be pounding but I hadn't done any exercise. My fingers and arms felt heavy, like, I dunno, sausages. Here's the strangest thing. Time moved faster. I could swear it was. I could swear on my life that time moved faster, because I looked at a clock and it was really moving faster. To explain it, it's like on a metronome, say you're going 110 bpm as normal time. All of a sudden time moves at 190bpm on a metronome. i was panicking, but I didn't know what to do. It eventually passed, but to this day I don't know what happened. My first encounter was when I was on the bus and we had just stopped in front of my school and I noticed outside that people were walking at a really fast pace, like speedwalking pace. This freaked me out a little and then all the symptoms aforementioned above happened.

i would like to know what happened, could someone help me out?
