Hello I am a 19 year old female. When I was in Jr high school I ran track but had to drop out because my doctor told me I had a heart murmer. He didnt seem to worried about it though. In the last few years I have noticed that I get heart palpatations every once in a while. Its becomming more and more frequent. I dont think I have a big family history of heart problems, but is this something I should worry about? Or is this normal with a person who has a heart murmer??? Please let me know, any information will help! I've been very worried about this! thankyou!
