I'm fairly healthy, a bit unfit, but a slim build. Fairly commonly I will experience a pain in my heart(as well as very fast or pounding heart beets) that can vary from just an ache to very sharp pain. One thing that causes me concern is that on very rare occasions when the pain is severe i will also get a surging pain in my left arm every few seconds.
After what i recall as 2 or so years of this, just assuming its nothing I finally went to see a GP about it and had an ECG and a blood test which came back fine.
What I'm wondering is this something I should continue pursuing with a doctor or is it nothing? and what could be causing this?
