Hi, I am trying to find an answer to my question. Everytime my boyfriend and I have sex he has terrible heart pains. He says it feels like needles poking his heart, down his arm, under his breastbone. His heartbeat becomes very rapid. It is only after sex he gets this can someone help??

Hello,
This chest pain ur boyfriend suffers from I think is due to heart ischemia from that exertion he did during ur sex. So we should make sure from this by asking him if he feels that pain if he goes upstairs more than his ordinary life?, if yes he should seek for medical care, but if not this will be good as we excluded heart ischemia so it may be in chest wall or in the lung and also he should seek for medical care.
