I am 23 years old and every once in awhile my heart will change in frequency. When this occurs, I will also have additional breath shoot through the middle of my stomach. I believe this is related to acid reflux or something similiar? Keep in mind, I feel healthy and just had a annual checkup and everything came out above average. Secondly, what types of diets should I stick with that may prevent future prolems? i do find myself eating a lot of spicy, fatty foods.
