Heatbeat in ear.

I can hear my heartbeat in my left ear and whoosing noise. Why is this? I have only had this for the past 3 weeks. My blood pressure is normal - 113/68 and pulse 56.

Iv read that this can either be due to earwax fluids and build up or HEART PROBLEMS.

it may or may not stop, i know someone whos had i for 20 years.
and the wierd thing is doctors cant do anything to stop it!
you have to live with it!!
