Hi, I have felt heaviness in rectum lately. I believed it would go away in a few days, but even if I avoid to it, as I thought it was because of constipation, I still have this symptom.

Hi, I know it is unpleasant to have such a feeling all the time and I guess that colon cleansing would provide you relief. This is a procedure in which your bowel is cleaned of rests of food that are accumulated over years. But, it could also be fissure or even colorectal cancer, which are serious conditions. In this case you will require surgery and appropriate medicine treatment. I had fissure and I tried to escape surgery, since I am afraid of it. So, I tried a homeopathy approach, and it worked, after I had no more troubles with this. since then, I have been trying to take more care about my diet and constipation.
