Heavy Dizziness during 9 week Pragnancy

My wife she is 28 year old 9 weeks pragnant(First Baby). From 8th week she is having very very heavy dizziness and vomiting upto 2-3 days regularly. Gaynilogist Doctor told us this is normal, happen with everybody, but I am not satisfied with this answer. Please guide us.

Dizziness & vomiting is very normal during the first trimester. Nothing to worry about it. She will be better when come to the second trimester. I'm in my second trimester now, everything seems back to normal to me.
