Heavy feeling in right side of stomach?Worried!

hi,
A few weeks ago I noticed that the right side of my stomach felt different to the left, kind of harder and maybe swollen (but maybe jsut a difference in the muscles I suppose). It isn;t painful but uncomfortable and heavy feeling. I have made mys elf paranoid and don't want to go to the docs even though I know i should, has anyone else experienced this kind of thing?
