Heavy thick mucus particularly first thing in the morning

Hello. I am a 35 years old man and I have problems with my sinuses. When I wake up, I can't breathe. My nose is full of mucus and I am coughing it too. I am a smoker and I am smoking for 15 years now. Recently I had a cold, but I have recovered from it. My question is simple. How can I reduce the coughing to an acceptable level?

There are many factors that in your case contribute to your sinus problem. You might be having an infection, because the cough is still present after the illness. Tobacco is a great contributor too. If you have big problem with sinuses, you should quit smoking. Also, inhalate yourself with boiled water and eucalyptus, drink a lot of tea, and us nose drops.
