I have noticed that every time I work out I feel pain in my back. I don't know if this is because I lift weights, but it is starting to get on my nerves. I wanna lose weight and don't want this to stop me. What do you think is wrong with me?

I can not tell you what is wrong with you for two reasons. First, you did not give me enough information to know what is happening with you. Second, the only person that can tell you why you are experiencing pain while working out is your doctor. By examining you, he can determine what is causing you to feel pain. So, I advise you to go to your doctor, only then you will be sure. Maybe it is something serious, and don't think that I am trying to scare you. You said that you feel the pain because you lift weight. Maybe you are trying to lift more weight then you actually can, and it is causing your back pain. It seems to me that you are so into losing your weight that you are not taking good care of your health. To lose weight on cost of your health is not such good idea. You can talk to your trainer about some basic exercises that are not so heavy for your back muscles. But before anything, you should go to get your back checked.
