Help Anal Fissure Erection problems

I have had a anal fissure for around 3years now and during this time i have also found it difficult to get a erection that is 100% my erections usually only get to about 80% of there potential, can anal fissures cause erection problems??

I am wondering the exact same thing... i think they mite be linked. Can anyone advise?
