Hello,
I have tinnitus and ringing in my ears. What exactly should be done to prevent tinnitus? Thanks for advice!!!

Hey there,
I must disappoint you, but there is no drug or surgery that can prevent or treat tinnitus. Firstly, you should reduce caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, since all this substances can make the noise worse. Of course, you should get your hearing checked with a specialist. Also, some people told me, that sessions of acupuncture helped them reduce the sounds…maybe you should also try it.
