| As far as not being able to cum during sex, that's actually fairly common. There is a percentage of men who just don't orgasm via sex. It's a bit sad really because it takes away some of the pleasure of sex for both parties, but it is natural. As far as I know, there's not much you can do about it. You might want to try mixing mutual masturbation into your sex life to help the both of you get off. |

Im not gonna despute if its a 'problem' or not, all i know is its not gonna be good for me pshycologically in the long run. So i wanna stop!
I do believe in god but to be fair that shouldn't alter the way i should try and tackle this...
I have a girlfriend, but i'm away from her for up to 6 weeks at a time, we havent had sex and as a christian i dont intend to until we are married(which i do intend to).
I find these factors of lack of physical contact and knowing im gonna have to wait a while, a major problem! This must be true for others out there(i hope).
Im trying basic self control methods at the moment like i guess most of you people who wanna stop are doing. just try get your mind of it in anyway possible. the bigger the urge the bigger the distraction has to be i'm afraid. Try and stay away from porn, which can be hard lately, its almost thrust in your face! Um and maybe try and associate reli discusting things to the act..
Anymore help is truely welcome! and good luck to you guys that wanna stop! |

The thing you TRULY need to work on is putting your faith in Jesus!
It is one thing to say you love Him, it is another to put that love into action. You know that the Lords only commandment is to LOVE everyone and the heavenly father with all our mind, spirit and soul. What a lot of people faulter at is they do not know what love truly is! And I'll tell you one thing, love is certainly not self serving.
This is the lie of Satan, since the beginning. That we are independant, our own "gods" simply put. We do as we please. Truly, who are we serving by masturbating? Our parents? Our wives? God? Certainly not! We are seving no one but ourselfs. And you can only serve one master. But, the main problem here is putting our faith in Christ. Abide in Him, in every aspect of your life. Until you can let Him show you the way in EVERY aspect, you will struggle greatly, maybe not in the same aspect, but in your faith. As it says in the bible
"We know that the law is spiritual; but I am unspiritual, sold as a slave to sin. I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it."
Romans 7: 14-20
And further more, please do not take this as a personal attack on your relation with God, rather, a wake up call. He is SERIOUS, this is all SERIOUS stuff, it isnt a lie, it IS truth!
We know that we have come to know him if we obey his commands. The man who says, "I know him," but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But if anyone obeys his word, God's loveis truly made complete in him. This is how we know we are in him: Whoever claims to live in him must walk as Jesus did.
1 john 2: 3-6
Bring Jesus and His commandment closer to your heart, live by it, love Him and our fellow human and you WILL be set free from your depravity!
