Help I am experiencing specks of white discharge

I recently discovered that i am having some specs of white discharge which can be seen on my underwear after say 8 hours or so after putting on a fresh underwear.
I took a urine test but nothing was found
I also experience a sort of slight burning feeling in my penis immediately after finishing urinating.
Please advice and give recommendations on what type of drugs can be used.
